The European sports channel Eurosport has expanded its position in tennis. The operator has entered into a new four-year agreement that will allow it to broadcast the Wimbledon event in 11 European markets.
This year Eurosport brought more than 600 matches and 250 hours of live coverage from 33 markets to Wimbledon. From 2020, EuroSport will continue broadcasting the Australian Open, Roland-Garros and US Open in more than 50 markets.
